GETTING THERE

DRIVING FROM BOSTON

Take Route 3 South to the Sagamore Bridge. Cross the Bridge and take Route 6 for approximately 50 miles. When you enter the town line of Provincetown, do not make any of the left hand turns into town. Keep on Route 6, bearing to the left (still on Route 6) when you see signs for Herring Cove Beach. Your first intersection on the left will be Bradford Street Extension (unmarked). Moor's Edge at the Village at the Moors is the front building in the townhouse complex on the corner, #5-15.

FERRIES FROM BOSTON

Two ferry lines provide service from Boston to Provincetown and back.

PLANES FROM BOSTON

Cape Air provides service between Boston's Logan Airport and the Provincetown Airport.

AROUND TOWN

SHUTTLE

The Provincetown Shuttle is a great way to get around town and to the beaches. During the summer season, the Shuttle passes Moor's Edge every 20 minutes or so. During the shoulder season, the shuttle runs regularly, but less frequently. The fare is $1.00.

BIKES

There are several bike rental companies in town that rent bikes hourly, daily, weekly or monthly. The most convenient to Moor's Edge is Gale Force Bikes and Beach Market located at 144 Bradford Street Extension. There are bike racks at Moor's Edge.

KAYAKS OR BOATS

Kayaks and boats are available from Flyer's Boat Rental on Commercial Street in the west end of town.

This special spot in the West End of Provincetown, on the edge of the National Seashore and at the end of Bradford Street Extension, is full of variety, nature and views. Take a walk across the breakwater, or hop on your bike and hit the trails. Put your kayak in the water 200 yards down the road and paddle out into the harbor. Walk or bike to stunning Herring Cove Beach. Watch the herons or gulls in the morning over coffee.

At the end of the day, enjoy a refreshing beverage on the 2nd floor deck or front porch as the sun dips below the dunes and the last die-hards walk or bike back from the beach. Throw a meal on the grill and relax in the fully appointed kitchen/dining area or head into town for dinner.

Stroll a mile up Commercial St. to the fabulous West End restaurants, or if you're tired from your long day at the beach, hop the $1 Ptown Shuttle, which loops by your door every 20 minutes, and be in town in less than five. After dinner stroll back down Commercial Street, or catch the shuttle back and finish the night by gazing at the evening sky...
